This production line has the ability to produce 3PE anti-corrosion layer for steel pipes and the ability to coat FBE powder layer for steel pipes.

1. Pipe diameter: φ325-φ630mm

Pipe Length: 8000-12000mm

Pipe wall thickness: ≤20mm

2. 3PE production speed: ≥450 m²/h  ;2-4m/min

FBE production speed: ≥400 m²/h

7. If cooling tower is needed for water cooling system,it should be purchased and be installed by users.

8. Civil foundation related to the installation would be constructed by the users.
