1. Type of cold storage
1) constant temperature reservoir generally set the temperature at 5-0 degrees Celsius, bulk density requirements to reach 30kg/m3±2kg
2) low temperature storage is generally set at a temperature of 18-22 degrees Celsius, the bulk density requirements of 33kg/m3 + 2kg
3) frozen room is generally set at a temperature of 28-30 degrees Celsius, the bulk density of 35kg/m3±2kg
4) ultra low temperature storage is generally set at a temperature of 50-60 degrees Celsius, the bulk density requirements of 50kg/m3±2kg
2, construction conditions
Are spray wall to dry, the temperature reached 10 degrees centigrade, the conditions can be brushing cyanide two times, brushing the cyanide wall requirements finishing
3, construction requirements
Each coating layer requirements 2-4cm thick, according to the user requirements of the construction, the general constant temperature library 15cm, internal wall 12cm; low temperature library wall 18cm, inner wall 15cm; frozen inter wall 20cm, inner wall 18cm.
4, matters needing attention
In the temperature reached 10 degrees Celsius below the requirements of the library heating, sprayed on the walls of a thin layer of spray, 8-10 hours after the normal construction. Under normal circumstances, polyurethane foam temperature of l00 degrees, special material can withstand 130 degrees.
