To produce this 3PE pipe, the steel pipe need to be shot blasting cleaned. (Using shot blasting machine)

And then steel pipe will be spirally transportted on the rail support to be coated by glue, and then coated by PE layer outside.

A 3PE anti-corrosion pipe production line can be used to produce this product.

Usually, the production line has parts below:

5. Two sets of pe extruder, one is for PE glue, second is for PE layer

Shot blasting machine can be used at big output, also small output.
