1) 2 components mixed by agitator

Rotary valve with motor 1.5kw
Ball valve, controlled pneumatically

2) Cleaning system

Cleaning type: Clean by MC, residue are blown out by compressed air
MC tank: 15L stainless steel tank
Air cleaning, solvent cleaning are controlled by solenoid valve
Visible leveler, safety valve, supercharging device
Air exhausting is controlled manually.
Cleaning pressure: 0.15MPa

3) Metering unit
Metering accuracy ±5‰

Variable frequency motor, coupling, positive displacement gear pump, safety valve, pressure sensor, speed sensor

4) Pressure control system

Working pressure 0 - 4Mpa
The alarm will be activated when pressure is over preset pressure threshold.

5) Flow rate testing

The flow rate is controlled through VFD by changing flow rate of pump.
The flow rate can be tested and calibrated manually.

6) Filtration

Jacketed tank: Out layer common steel, inner layer stainless steel
